I know...I know...why would anyone want to sully themselves and have DOS softwa re running on something as fine as a UNIX-based workstation, but such realities are sometimes necessary (like when you have $1000-2000 incvested in DOS softwa re, you don't simply throw it away, hoping you can afford the UNIX equivalent). So, what are the solutions for SGI hardware? I know SoftPC exists, but I've never been overly thrilled with its performance. On a SPARC station, I can actually buy a PC-on-a-board, and through it into one of the SBus slots. Is there an equivalent for SGI equipment? I'm considering purchasing an Indigo, but would be more inclined if there was a robust way to let me run my DOS software also. Any suggestions/comments welcomed. Evan Cooch Dept.
