I'm sorry to hear of Mark's dilemma, but he is right about the marketing
code:
	HU-4DREALTT	upgrade for twin tower
	HU-4DREALDH	upgrade for single tower (DH=diehard)
	HU-4DREALRK	upgrade for POWER Series rack

Be sure your Sales Rep knows what model 340VGX you have.
