You've probably already seen the answer, but here it is again.

    Get a shell, and become root.
    Enter the following sequence of commands.

	chkconfig netls off
	chkconfig glb off
	chkconfig llb off
	/etc/init.d/netls stop
	/etc/init.d/nck stop

After doing so, the messages should no longer trouble you.

If you are trying to actually use software licensed with NetLS, you do
not, of course, want to follow the above instrucntions.
