  I'm not asking you to "guess" or fix our problems - I'm merely 
  saying that we do have them.  We've been having them for the
  past three years and probably before that. For much of that
  time we were on full or basic support, and no SGI field engineer
  or hotline person has been able to eliminate the problems in 
  spite of having all the details and hands-on access.

  I'll leave it to you to argue whether that reflects more on 
  the SGI support staff or the state of the SCSI. The fact is that 
  I remain a dissatisfied customer.
