Sun's mistake wasn't killing off Cobalt, it was buying them in the first 
place. To be honest, the market for Cobalt's products has been and gone - 
there really isn't the demand post dot-bomb for overprices crappy hardware 
just to run a canned "hosting" solution. Better off leaving them to the 
Japanese collector market.

RDI's SPARC laptop business was sold to Tadpole. I had a pair of the RDI 
SS5-style laptops - they were quite hideous.
