It's basically right though - once the bootROM firmware (whether is be
pre-OpenBoot or not) is able to start executing one of the first things it
does it turn on the LED indicating that the CPU is operating. It doesn't
mean the rest of the hardware is ok but it's an initial indicator of
something happening.
