I seem to remember that there were two versions of the 4/600 CPU board. I can't find the documentation right now but I think one of the changes was upgrading from 5Mb/s SCSI2 to 10 Mb/s SCSI2 Fast. All I do remember off the top of my head was there were tow major differences between the orig version and the upgraded CPU board. I think this happened right about when the 600 started being offered with the SuperSPARC processors.
