Not in itself, but there is extensive hardware information in the Sun
Hardware FAQ which is maintained by James Birdsall. Point your web
browser at 'ftp://ftp.picarefy.com/Sun-Hardware-Ref/reference.tar.gz' to
grab a copy of it.

What sort of memory errors? Are they complaints that the system is running
out of virtual memory? I used to run X11R6 on a 3/60 with no problems as
long as I made sure the swap partition on my boot drive (typically
/dev/sd0b is the swap partition) was at least 60 meg. I was running with
12 meg of physical RAM.

Mostly yes. Check out
'http://www.zeta.org.au/~craig/data/srk_archive.html' for a link to a web
page I've written about upgrading Sun 3/60's. It goes through the sorts of
things that can be done to improve the machines performance.
The Sun-3 Archive also has info about upgrading 3/60's. There's a link to
this site from one of my pages.

Craig.
