I want to learn Unix and I am thinking of buying an old Sun 3/whatever. I
do not know much about the old Sun hardware - can someone point me to
where I could find such information?

I understand that SunOS is commercial and (presumably) expensive. I have
heard of NetBSD or Linux for Sun systems; where is it located?

Also, can anyone recommend a place to get a used Sun (with kb, monitor,
mouse) in Melbourne, Australia?

Thanks a lot for any replies.
