As a follow-up to the 'SPARCBook 1 HELP' thread, here are the
model numbers of the SCSI disks used in our SB3's. All are
bought directly from TadPole, so I don't know anything
about 3rd party availability. But if you have the plastic shell
and need a new drive....

The 520MB drive is marked as
Toshiba MK2428FB
HDD2424 C ZE01
and presents itself as TOSHIBA-MK2428FB in format.

The 1.2GB drive presents itself as IBM-DPRS-21215. I have never
opened one, so I don't know what the label says.

Another message in the thread mentions that the plastic shell
needed for the 1.2GB differs from the 520MB drive (different
wiring).
