Standard File Select Panel?

Does anyone out there have a 'standard' file select panel (or dialog box)
which can be used under sunview with generic programs?  I would really
hate to re-invent the wheel, as I would figure this would be very handly
to have around.  The examples in the sunview programming manual leave much
to be desired.
