In order to provide a good level of support to our users we intend to realize an 
efficient information service, offering:
- on-line information service (documentation, user guide, etc.)
- Frequently Asked Questions service
- Other generic information on major programs and packages.
Do you get similar system? Could you suggest us some IRS? There is someone having
experience in this area? I'm certainly interested in knowing what kind of
user support is offered by other supercomputing cetner.

We also need another kind of database, to collect accounting information of our 
users, and we would like to install a good database system to avoid security 
problems; this second dataabase is needed for internal use only.

Your suggestions will be helpful.
