Jeez, what's happening to this group. First high school kids, now John Galt.
(Ask Ian if he knows who John Galt is. For that matter, ask Ian's mom if she
knows who John Galt is. I must be getting old, or something.)

Anyway, I believe that Dagny Taggart [sic] and J.G. had one child, who escaped
to the outside world and tried to improve it, using the name of Milton
Friedman.

To go back one step in this thread, I don't know Mary Shafer, but I remember
her as someone who posts to a large variety of newsgroups yet her postings
are always both intelligent and intelligible. Which is more than can be said
for either Eugene or myself.
