Does anyone have information on the relative speeds of a one-processor Cray X-MP and an IBM RS/6000 (say, Powerserver 540, if it matters) on a highly computationally intensive task (numerical integration of differential equations, basically)? E-mail or a post here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Andrew Rhine rhine@bigbird.csd.scarolina.edu
