I've been reading something about a supercomputing consortium (of which
LANL is a member, as well as CalTech). Since from what I've been reading,
members of the consortium have free access to the other's systems (and
since the fastest supercomputer yet is going into Caltech...). How does
a school or organization go about joining this?
