Hello, I would like to attend Supercomputing '92, which I hear is in Maryland on the 16th of this month. Does anyone know how to contact the show's organizers to register? Thanks, Dan Kegel (dank@blacks.jpl.nasa.gov)

>Maryland
You confused this with another conference. It's Minneapolis. MN.
Advanced registration has past.
You got the date right (16th).

The advance registration period is passed, so you can just register on-site. The schedule for this is Sunday, November 15, 1-5PM, Monday, November 16, 1AM-9PM, and on the rest of the days of the week, too. All at the Minneapolis Convention Center, downtown. There were well over 4,000 registrants at SC '91 in Albuquerque, so it's advisable to get hotel arrangements made. 12 hotels are holding rooms, some in walking distance, others a short drive. Shuttles to the Convention Center from all of them. If you're one of the few people who haven't already received 3 or 4 copies of the conference material, information is available via anonymous ftp from ftp.ucar.edu. The file is sc92/README. See you in sunny Minnesota! -- |--------------------------------------------------------------| | Rod Oldehoeft Email: rro@cs.colostate.edu | | Computer Science Department Voice: 303/491-5792 | | Colorado State University Fax: 303/491-6639 | | Fort Collins, CO 80523 | |--------------------------------------------------------------| | I pay the price, but do not count the cost. | | John Barth, "The Tidewater Tales" | |--------------------------------------------------------------|
