I would like to make contact with anybody who is working on OCR using
transputers. If this is your field, or if you can point me towards some
relevant literature, please get in touch. I should say that my interest is in
doing "conventional" recognition fast rather than recognising "difficult" text.
    Thanks,
John Wexler (Edinburgh Parallel Computing Centre)
