Inmos C, file format: .rsc

The Inmos Toolset has the ability to produce `.rsc' files, which are
dynamic loadable. Does anybody know, how to load these files?
What is the format of the files? First comes a 10 word header, following
the code of the first compiled function. What happens before `main' is
called? Which values in W are expected?
