looking for crosscompiler/development system Occam2 on VAX

To ease the burden on our (few) transputer-development-systems on
Personal computers we are looking for a crosscompiler/development system
which runs on DEC-VAX under VMS.
The idea is to let the unexperienced users become familiar at least to
Occam2-Syntax, but all further features up to a real transputer-development-
system would be welcome.

Please reply to chytil@tuvie.uucp or chytil@egh780.una.at on bitnet, I'll
summarize if requested.
