Occam toolset problem

We have 40 T8s on B008 and B012s. (on PC board in an Apollo workstation)

We have Lattice C,Pascal and Fortran.
I am trying to use the "occam toolset" provided to load
programs in C/Pascal/Fortran on to the network.
My first problem however is with the lack of documentation
on how to compile an occam program that calls, say two
different C programs that intend to communicate using
occam links.

The C/Pascal/FORTRAN we have are not those that support
concurrency.

Thanks in advance to any insight regarding this that you
can provide.
