I am trying to run some benchmark tests on the T800. The timing routines provided by Parallel Fortan and Parallel C seem to return times in seconds. That is not precise enough for my benchmarks. The f77_timer_now() routine returns the value of the transputer's clock. I believe this value is some number of ticks. How long (what portion of a second) is a tick? Thanks. -Ken hampel@demon.siemens.com
