Need Make utility to run with Occam toolset on IBM PC

We recently received Occam 2 toolset with T800 boards from Inmos for
the IBM PC AT. In the manual for Occam it is mentioned that we require
a UNIX compatible MAKE Program as a prerequisite. MIcrosoft MAKE is not
compatible. Does any one know where can one get MAKE for IBM PC compatible
with Unix? IS it public domain? Are there any ftp sites for it?
