Phantom processes on reset

Hi everyone,

A few months ago, I caught the tail end of a discussion about phantom
processes being started after RESET when a T805 was configured to boot
from ROM. Lately, we have been having some problems with T805s occasionally
going off to never never land on boot up from ROM.

Could someone please let me know what causes this phantom process to
start. What does the phantom process usually do?

Any info would be greatly appreaciated,
Terry

I've emailed you a copy of the article John Roberts posted in May, which
mentioned this problem and presented a solution.
