Parallelogram may *say* there is nothing wrong with them, but after promising
me current and back issues over a month ago, I still have an empty mailbox.
My colleagues at Cornell are in the same boat.  Has *anybody* received
an issue lately outside the UK?  How about in the US?  Perhaps PVR can
answer for Europe and anybody in NA can just send me mail.
