Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is dedicated to bringing the

The Group Manager shall interface with the Contracting Officer�s
Representatives. The Group Manager shall serve as the central point of
contact for delivery orders requiring this level of management. Will be
responsible for establishing and enforcing procedure to assure all tasks
performed by the contractor personnel in support of the delivery orders
meet standards, quality, estimated cost, and schedules. Coordinating
development, quality assurance, configuration management, documentation
support, software maintenance and daily supervision of subordinates.
Preparing reports and delivering briefings on the status of task
assignments to contract management personnel and technical points of
contact. 

Qualifications Position requires at eight (8) years experience of software
development and ADP management experience. Three years experience in
supervision of software development/maintenance projects including ten (10)
or more computer professionals in the same or similar contract categories
as described in these personnel qualifications. Six (6) years of the
foregoing experience shall have been spent solving ADP computer related
problems. Must have planned and directed two (2) or more ADP software
development tasks, including administration of ADP support operations
related to the specific task. Determined resource requirements, prepared
schedules and determined task costs. The Group Manager shall have, as a
minimum, a Bachelor's Degree. A transcript must be submitted with the
qualifications request
