Does anybody knows how to make Free Menu lay out its information in a
window of a predetermined size. We want to have many free menus
attached to one another and we would like to have them all of the same
width and we are willing to compute these widths by "hand".

Right now we managed to change the window size using
   (WINDOWPROP FREEMENUWINDOW 'REG '(....))
but this has the unfortunate sideeffect of making the window pop-up at
the "wrong moment"
