Hi there in the round,

small problem for my upcoming print job on a Xerox Splash 5750
copier/printer: while the photos look extremely cool at 400dpi (apart
from a magenta / reddish shift in the skintones), font resolution looks
worse than on my HP690C, I estimate that it is <=200dpi.
Perhaps there is a service provider or Xerox freak out there who has a
hint for me digital printing newbie.

Setup (my Machine) Win95, ATM4.0 Deluxe & Adobe T1-Fonts, Adobe Printer
Driver 4.2, newest Splash PPD from Xerox's German homepage, printing
from Pagemaker 6.5 to File (Zip)

Service Provider: Mac 7300/180 running MacOS 7.5ish, Splash server
software, Zip

Thanks for any hints!

Sven (korber@rhw.uni-muenster.de)
