We are trying to support the Xerox 4235 printer in XPPM (DJDE) mode
from an IBM compatible PC through the parallel port. We would like
to imbed the DJDE's in the data stream.

However, it seems as if the Xerox 4235 does not support CR LF or FF
type carriage control in XPPM mode. This, of course, makes it
difficult to support standard PC type applications which imbed DJDE's
in the data stream.

Any information regarding how to get the Xerox 4235 to support CR LF
and FF carriage control in XPPM mode would be greatly appreciated.
