It seems like no one has done Minix for the Z-100, and I don't have time to be
the first.  Maybe in a couple of years :^)

I think you're right in that I'll have no trouble putting a second HD in the
Z-100.  I did, however, have difficulty in using the Z-100 HD in my AT.  I
needed to get a file off it while my Z-100 wouldn't boot, so I hooked it up
to my 286 and said that I had a Type 1, but it was unable to find any sectors.
