MORE TRIVIA
In the interest of understanding the normal file naming convention
of using 8 character primary file names, ignoring the normal 3 character
file extension, and restricting the file names to the character set
A to Z and the numbers 0 to 9, giving a usable character set of 36
characters:
file char unique file name
name set combinations
length size available
------------------------------------------
1 36 36
2 36 1,296
3 36 46,656
4 36 1,679,616
5 36 60,466,176
6 36 2,176,782,336
7 36 78,364,164,096
8 36 2,821,109,907,456
------------------------------------------
However, not all file names, in this context, will provide useful
or informative indications of the content of the file.
Maybe we need more defined words in the current english language?
Enjoy,
Dick..
