you could try the driver.sys and configure it as a 720K drive. In
order to get it to work as a 1.4m, you will have to replace the bios
chips (we had to for ~120 pc's). As a side note, the bios upgrade
will also let you use more different types of hard drives and a 101
key keyboard instead of the 84 key keyboard. 
(note: these pc's were the government Z-248 types, with a passive 
backplane board instead of a mother board)
