I'd appreciate any info on upgrading a z386sx (one of those small-case ones (the first 386sx Zenith produced) to a 33MHz 486 (or even 386). The keyboard controller has gone on one of these, and I have about 10 more 2.5 year old machines that will probably also start breaking down. If I'm going to replace the motherboard, I at least want something up-to-date; otherwise I'll sell these computers for parts. Our techs tell me that nonstandard connectors and power supply mean that standard motherboards won't work, and they don't know about a 486 motherboard from Zenith for this case. Thanks for any info. bitnet: jfox@wiscmacc internet: jfox@macc.wisc.edu
