I have a Z-386/20. My monitor is a ZCM-1492. My video board is a
Z-549 with 512K on the video card. I recently upgraded to Windows
3.1.

Question: Can I run Windows3.1 in 640x480x256 colors?

I've tried everything I can think of, but I always end up with 16 lousy
colors. I got ET3000.ZIP from cica.cica, but that doesn't work. I get
lots of pretty vertical lines, and no recognizable Windows. Is the
Z-549 limited to 16 colors in Windows? I can display .GIF pictures
in 640x480x256 so I know it works.

I upgraded Windows through Microsoft, not Zenith. Can I contact Zenith
Tech Support for an updated driver? Does such a beast exist? Are you
tired of my questions yet? :-)

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. You can post or e-mail.

Thanks,

Kevin
