Greetings,

I recently got a used Zenith Z-200 (manufactured in 1986 I think) and
have a question about using a modem with it. I have connected an internal
Hayes compatible to by second communications port. When I use a communications
package, I hear the dial tone, the phone ringing and a connection sound. The
only problem is none of the stuff will echo onto my screen. Basically,
everything works but no data scrolls across the screen after the connection.
Is this something that should be taken up with the system and monitor or is
does it have something to do with the communications software (Kermit and
Procomm)?

BTW, it's a monochrome monitor (with an EGA card, I think).

Thanks in advance.
