Yes, you are correct, they did move the board to Illinois. However, NONE of the staff went with the board. If you follow the tone of the messages, you will find agreement with my position that COM1 no longer provides the level of service to Zenith user's that it used to. You will not receive any where near the level of technical help that you would expect. You will find that a core group of the original support staff let go by ZDS now operates a board called T.E.C.H. at (219) 654-3210. Not that I am endorsing this board, but those operating it do have the ability to answer your questions. Ron - I'd disagree that COM1 offers "pretty good bargains". Many, many messages have been sent out to the effect that their prices are either at educational discount, or very near what the new ZDS Direct Catalog prices are. I believe that most of us are holding out - you CAN buy a better machine for a better price from DELL or COMPAQ. And most importantly, get a warranty. Yes, some prices are pretty good - if it were new equipment. But, for the most part, it's used. However, that's just my humble opinion. Mr. Petsori (ZDS president) has ignored my thoughts, fell free to do the same. -Peter +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Peter W.
