	Could any one please tell me where I can purchase in small quantities 
the transistor MJE16002. These beasties come out of a Visual Terminal Model
nos 603. I know they are Motorola transistors and who the local agent for
Motorola is, but they want me to purchase 150 of them.
P.S	An equivalent will be acceptable.
