termcap needed for qvt-108 and ampex 230+

I need a termcap entry for a qvt-108 and ampex 230+.  SunOS 4.1.1 doesn't have
these in its /etc/termcap.

Also, does anyone know where I can buy a Zenith z29a for a lot less than $80.00?
