Looking for VT100 escape codes (or a FAQ)

I need the full set of escape codes for a VT100 terminal. Could some
kind soul tell me where I can find them (preferably on the net).

Or, instead, is there a FAQ for this group? If there is, where can I get it?

Thanks

Mike
