Does anyone know where to get a hard coded dvorak keyboard? (Using a soft dvorak terminal right now, I'd guess that as a non-typist my speed improves about 50% over querty for ordinary text such as this news article, and an amazing 200% or greater speeds than querty for `sh`, `csh`, and well as actual code, as the C language itself, as well as the earliest shells, were designed with the expectation that dvorak was to be the keyboard to use for serious work, over the tedious effects of the clakity clack querty Teletypes then in general use. But, ironicaly, now that dvorak driver software is so common, the actual keyboards are becomming much harder to find, but are still nearly mandatory for dvorak users who are also programmers (ie. kernel hackers, bios, multiple OS's, etc.)
