Actually, the one mentioned in the post and the area affected indicates the
3rd up from the bottom, rather.

Some folks use that as the only criterion, others feel that a better
service includes a price which is also lower... Bellsouth is only slightly
above average (B) on this chart. It has a long way to go in a lot of folks
opinion.

with only 1% of the business (from the report here) they have proved it
doesn't take a lot of effort on their part to piss off nearly everyone they
service in this case.

S = Sales rating
I = Install Experience
R = Reliability
T = Tech Support
SV = Services (Email,DNS,News etc)
V = Value for Money
