google TTL=47
yahoo TTL=53
accuweather TTL=113
fastaccess.com  times out

tracert on accuweather times out after 12.126.242.186 but reaches
accuweather on the next hop
tracert on fastaccess.com times out after 65.82.158.220  BUT I can bring up
that web page.

How do I increase the TTL?
