I am looking for organizations that use or provide highest-quality
camera-ready copy and pre-press services, including 2450 dpi film copy,
color separations, grey-scale photos/images, general and scientific
typesetting, and other pre-press services.

So, please drop me a note on how _you_ get (or provide) these services.

Thanks in advance!

Naturally I will summarize to the net.
