There is two ways to add text in Corel draw and export it as an EPS
the first way is to when you export it you get an option in Corel 
Draw to included the font definition in the EPS. I cant remember
exactly what the option is called. The second way is to convert the 
text to curves before you export it and Corel draw just exports the 
text as if it was a drawing made of curves. This second way sounds
as if you would get a pritty bad type image but in fact you get a
perfect immage. After all postcript is just a collection of curves.
I tend to use the first method myself but often use the second when 
I want to export some text to a machine that doesn't have the font
on it. I often do it when I am taking something from a Mac to a PC
or back again it means I get what I want without having to have the
exact same font definition on both machines. I have done lots of this
when I have something done in Freehand on the Mac and want to suck it
into Freehand on the PC.
