Drop caps in pagemaker

What is the easiest way to do a drop cap in pagemaker?  How can you make the
drop cap move with the paragraph?  

I am using both Ventura and Pagemaker.  Drop cap with Ventura is very easy 
to do and it is part of the paragraph style.
