The EPS files you want to import to CorelDraw should be formatted as
Adobe Illustrator files, in fact a subset of the EPS standard (real
Postscript Guru's know this is not completely true - I know).  At first
glance AI files look like EPS files, but with abbreviated postscript
operators (for example: curveto becomes 'c' or 'C').  I have
ocassionally converted *small* PostScript files to AI files by hand
(with the help of some macro's), but this is hardly a 'general'
solution.

If you want detailed information on both formats, you can get a
description from the Adobe File Server (a good source of information
about PostScript).  Send a message with the text 'help' in the message
body to 'ps-file-server@adobe.com'

BTW, what version of CorelDraw are you using?
