information on text rotation software

I need some information.  I am looking for a package that will allow
me to rotate text, create spiral text, etc. to run on an IBM compat.
Will CoralDraw do the job?  And if it will can someone send me the
address or phone number of CoralDraw.  BTW I am printing to a HP
LaserJet III.  I would like to import this, sometimes, into PageMaker
4.0.  I have yet to receive PM 4.0 but I understand it is very nice...
