At <http://www.hookup.net/~joeclark/sgml.html>, I have added a few minor
updates to my quixotic efforts to interest the world in creating SGML DTDs
for (yawn) captioning, audio description, subtitling, and dubbing. I have
located a couple of compatible technologies and products, but I find it
ironic that no one, including SoftQuad, is interested in these issues,
which deal with real-world industries at work and making money every day,
as opposed to, say, antiquarian manuscripts and other rarefied
applications.
