More on math symbols and tables in LaTeX...

A couple of questions of interest to us LaTeX people who are so
inept at getting TeX to do exactly what we want:

1) amssymbols.sty gives one access to most ams symbols from within LaTeX.
(AMS Fonts in PK and GF format can be found on uunet.uu.net, and amssymbols.sty
can be found on sun.soe.clarkson.edu - I include this data because it seems
to be a topic of interest of late.)
But it doesn't support the Euler Fraktur and Script fonts (useful for us
logic types). Anyone have a quickie that allows access to these (I know how
to load in fonts, but the LaTeX manual doesn't say how to tell it to auto-
matically scale, switch to bold face, etc...)

2) I'm making tables that will overflow to multiple pages. Anyone know how
to make LaTeX print the subject headings for each category at the top
of each page? (Standard headers won't suffice, of course, unless they
can be told what the width of the columns are.)
