I need to be able to convert LaTeX equations into Windows bitmaps, and
wondered if anyone has tried this sort of thing. I haven't been able to
locate a `dvi2bmp' tool that converts DVI files to Windows BMP files.
Does anyone know if such a program exists, or otherwise how best to do
such a conversion? I would be terribly grateful for any hints.
Thanks very much in advance,
Cheers,
Tony.
