austdate.sty is available for ftp from archsci.arch.su.oz.au (129.78.66.1).

It redefines the \today command to print the date in the australian way.
   (i.e. 1st March 1992, 22nd April 1992, etc)

According to the AGPS Style Manual (section 10.43), the preferred date style
is:

	1 March 1992, 22 April 1992
or even
	Tuesday, 3 March

The AGPS Style Manual is a good standard for typographical style.
Where it is unclear I then reach for the Chicago Style Manual.
